I'm Jessica, the owner of Sanctuary Digital in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, a mother of two, and a Christian who believes our work should reflect the way we treat people, with honesty, care, and integrity.
My background includes nursing and healthcare office management, customer service, call center management, and management and hands-on work in trades and small businesses. I've served people, managed busy operations, and seen how quickly calls, paperwork, and follow-ups can pile up when everyone is already stretched thin.
That experience shapes how I approach your business. I want to understand your everyday challenges before recommending a website, marketing strategy, or automation.
Outside of work, I teach Sunday school and help with youth ministry. Helping people learn, find confidence, and take their next step is close to my heart, and that same desire carries into Sanctuary Digital.
I started this business because I want to use my skills to help others build something meaningful, provide for their families, and serve their communities.
